1 Race Day Pancake Bowl

This is SO easy to make! Let's start!


What you need:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin pancake mix (I used this type!!!)

  • 1/2 cup Protein mix (I used Vanilla ISO)

  • 1/2 cup dairy-free mix (it's easier to digest in mo)

  • Maple syrup and White chocolate chips

3 Oreo ISO Proteins Milk Shake

This is my fav!


What you need:

  • 5 Oreo's

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Ice

  • Protein Powder (1 scoop)


Blend in your blender!
