Hey girls! I wanted to show you my offseason track workout! This does not require a running track, but it helps your legs, cardio, and core. Tell me in the comments if you try it!
Warm-up
Squat jumps 35 x 4
Single leg lunges Left: 24 x 3 Right: 24 x 3
Wall sit 80 sec 30 sec rest x 3 or 4
Sucide running 8 cones 2yd apart 4 x 2 rest 8 x 2
Knee tap jumps 25 L&R x 4
Plank Hold 2 min x 3
10 - 20 min run (1 1/2 - 2 1/2 miles)
You can do all the sets at once, but I like to rotate until there are not sets left. This makes it fun!
