Treasured

Have you ever found it awkward to pray, or read your Bible? Maybe you feel like you’re “just another person” to talk to God. Maybe you feel like you might experience rejection. I know how that feels! Let’s change that! 

God Treasures YOU!

Yes! You heard that correctly! God treasures YOU! To God, you are not “just another person.” You are truly loved! God wants to have all of you, and He wants you to have all of Him! You will never be rejected by God if you come to Him. He loves you! 

Verses to Remember: 

Isaiah 43:4

Because you are precious in my eyes, and honored, and I love you

Deuteronomy 7:6

The Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for his treasured possession, out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth.

1 Peter 2:9

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

God sent His only son Jesus to die for you! That’s some huge love right there! 1 Peter 2:9 reminds us that God want’s us to tell others of His greatness! He wants us to tell others that we no longer live in darkness, but light! 

So, next time you feel discouraged or like you’re “just another person” to God, remember that He actually treasures you, and He loves you!
