Basketball is my favorite Sport! It is a really fun sport to learn how to play! Even if you don't have court at your house, try out some dribbling drills and running workouts!

Sleep Tips

Sleep is important for Recovery, but falling asleep can also be hard. Here are some tips!

- Get consistent Sleep (Go to bed and get up at the same time every day)

-  Avoid Screens within 30 min. of going to bed

- Do something relaxing like stretching before bed

- Tense up your muscles and hold for 30 sec. Then relax!

- Write everything you worry about in a journal/notebook before bed
