Sleep Tips
Sleep is important for Recovery, but falling asleep can also be hard. Here are some tips!
- Get consistent Sleep (Go to bed and get up at the same time every day)
- Avoid Screens within 30 min. of going to bed
- Do something relaxing like stretching before bed
- Tense up your muscles and hold for 30 sec. Then relax!
- Write everything you worry about in a journal/notebook before bed
Athlete Nutrition
